Rockerz 109 features 60ms low latency for entertainment needs, automatically active once connected without needing a trigger. It’s suitable for casual gaming, but not intended for professional gaming equipment needs. Triple press the MFB to activate or deactivate.

Dual Pairing

Connect Rockerz 109 to your first device, then switch off both the earphones and that device’s Bluetooth. Connect to your second device, then switch the first device’s Bluetooth back on – the earphones will connect to both. If they don’t reconnect automatically, pair to the first device manually once more.

cVc Noise Cancellation & aptX

Rockerz 109 includes Qualcomm’s Clear Voice Capture (cVc) technology for noise cancelling and enhanced selective listening, and supports the Qualcomm aptX codec (requires aptX support on the connected media device too).

Pairing & Connectivity

Initial Pairing

  1. When switched off, press & hold the MFB for 5 seconds to power on and enter pairing mode
  2. The blue and red LEDs flash alternately to indicate pairing mode
  3. Open Bluetooth settings on your device and search for ‘Rockerz 109’
  4. Select the device from the list; enter passcode 0000 or 1234 if prompted
  5. Once connected, the blue LED flashes once every 5 seconds to confirm pairing

Note: The neckband automatically turns off if no connection is established within 5 minutes of entering pairing mode.

Dual Pairing (Connect 2 Devices)

  1. Connect the earphones to your first device, then turn off both the earphones and the first device’s Bluetooth
  2. Turn on the earphones and connect to your second device, then turn on the first device’s Bluetooth
  3. The earphones will connect to both devices; if not, connect the first device manually once again to activate dual pairing

LED Indicator Guide

  • Power ON: Blue LED flashes for 1 second
  • Pairing mode: Red and blue LEDs flash alternately; blue LED stays solid for 3 seconds after successful pairing
  • Connected: Blue LED flashes once every 5 seconds
  • Power OFF: Red LED flashes once
  • Charging: Solid red LED
  • Fully charged: Red LED turns off
  • Low battery (below 20%): Red LED flashes quickly with a “Low Battery” prompt every few minutes

How to Charge

  • Plug the USB Type-C cable into the neckband and connect the other end to a computer or wall adapter
  • Use a 5V/2A wall adapter
  • Full charge takes about 1 hour
  • Solid red LED indicates charging; the LED turns off once fully charged
  • Note: The neckband cannot be turned on while charging

Troubleshooting Guide

Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

Neckband not connecting via Bluetooth
  1. Check the earphones are in pairing mode (alternating red/blue LED flashes) by holding the MFB for 3 seconds
  2. Clear the pairing list by holding the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons together for 5 seconds in standby mode
  3. Confirm the device is within 10m range with no obstructions
  4. Check the connecting device supports Bluetooth connections
  5. If prompted for a passcode, try 0000 or 1234
  6. Check for software issues on your phone; try forgetting the device or updating mobile software
Unable to dual pair with two phones
  1. Pair to the first phone as per usual procedure, then switch off both the earphones and the first phone’s Bluetooth
  2. Switch on the earphones and connect to the second phone, then switch on the first phone’s Bluetooth
  3. The earphones should reconnect to the first phone with both phones now paired
  4. Try dual pairing with other devices to isolate the issue
