Rockerz 261 comes with IPX7 sweat and water resistance, so intense workouts wonât damage the earphones. Itâs not recommended to submerge the device in water.
Multi-Device Call Switching
If Rockerz 261 is connected to two phones and a call comes in on the second phone while youâre already on a call with the first, press the MFB to switch to the second call while placing the first on hold. You can continue switching between the two calls using the MFB. Press and hold the MFB to transfer an ongoing call between the earphones and the phone.

Pairing & Connectivity
Initial Pairing
- Press & hold the MFB to power on the earphones and enter pairing mode
- A prompt sounds and the LED indicator flashes rapidly to confirm pairing mode
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for âRockerz 261â in the list of available devices
- Select the device from the list; enter passcode 0000 if prompted
- Once paired, the earphones are ready to play music from your device
- The earphones automatically reconnect to this device when switched on if itâs in range with Bluetooth enabled
LED Indicator Guide
- Power ON / Pairing mode: Red and Blue LEDs flash for 1 second
- Power OFF: Red and Blue LEDs flash for 1 second before shutting off
- Factory reset successful: Red and Blue LEDs flash alternately

Troubleshooting Guide
Bluetooth Connectivity Issues
Earphones not connecting via Bluetooth
- Check the earphones are in pairing mode (red and blue LEDs flashing alternately) by holding the MFB for 5 seconds
- Confirm the device is within 10m range with no obstructions
- Clear the pairing list by holding Volume Up and Volume Down together for 5 seconds in standby mode
- Check the connecting device supports Bluetooth connections
- If prompted for a passcode, try 0000 or 1234
- Check for software issues on your phone; try forgetting the device or updating mobile software
Connection is unstable or breaking intermittently
- Ensure there are no objects between the earphones and your wireless device
- Ensure there is no radio or Wi-Fi interference nearby
Unable to dual/multi-pair with two devices
- Pair to the first phone as per usual procedure, then switch off the earphones
- Switch the earphones back on, enter pairing mode, and pair to the second phone
- Switch off the earphones once more, then switch them on normally (short press until LED comes on) so they auto-reconnect to the second phone
- On the first phone, find âRockerz 261â in Bluetooth settings and pair to it as well â both phones should now be connected
