Magnetic Charging

Connect the magnetic end of the provided USB-Magnetic cable to the charging interface on the left earphone, and the other end to a laptop, wall adapter, or power bank.

Pairing & Connectivity

Initial Pairing

  1. Switch the earphones on – they automatically enter Connection Mode
  2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone or media device and scan for devices
  3. Search for ‘Rockerz 261 Pro’ and tap to pair and connect
  4. Enter passcode 0000 if prompted
  5. Once connected, the white LED flashes for 1 second, then turns off to confirm successful pairing

Dual Pairing (Connect 2 Devices)

  1. Pair Rockerz 261 Pro to your first media device via Bluetooth
  2. Turn off both the earphones and the Bluetooth on that device
  3. Switch on the earphones and pair to your second media device
  4. Switch the first device’s Bluetooth back on – the earphones should reconnect to both

If the earphones don’t reconnect automatically, try connecting to the first device manually once again.

LED Indicator Guide

  • Power ON: White LED flashes for 1 second
  • Power OFF: Red LED flashes for 1 second
  • Pairing mode: Red and white LEDs flash alternately
  • Pairing successful: Solid white LED flashes for 1 second, then turns off
  • Charging: Solid red LED
  • Fully charged: LED turns off

Charging & Battery

How to Charge

  • Connect the magnetic end of the provided USB-Magnetic cable to the charging interface on the left earphone
  • Connect the other end to a laptop, wall adapter, or power bank
  • Use a 5V/2A wall adapter and a standard cable with 16 strands @ 0.10mm diameter/strand
  • Full charge takes up to 1.5 hours
  • Red LED remains solid while charging and turns off once complete
  • Note: The earphones cannot be used or switched on while charging
  • It’s recommended to fully charge the earphones before first use

Troubleshooting Guide

Bluetooth Connectivity Issues

Earphones not connecting via Bluetooth
  1. Check the earphones are in pairing mode (alternating red/white LED flashes)
  2. Confirm the device is within 10m range with no obstructions
  3. Clear the pairing list by pressing the MFB on the left earphone 3 times
  4. If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000
  5. Check for software issues on your phone; try forgetting the device or updating mobile software, or try a factory reset
Dual pairing not working
  1. Pair to the first phone as usual, then switch off both the earphones and the first phone’s Bluetooth
  2. Switch the earphones back on and pair to the second phone
  3. Switch the first phone’s Bluetooth back on – the earphones should reconnect to both
  4. Try dual pairing with other devices to isolate the issue
One earphone keeps disconnecting
  1. Restart the device
  2. Check if the same issue happens on different devices and media players
  3. Clear obstructions and move the device closer to the earphones
  4. Try a factory reset
