Set up a personalized audio profile from the âSoundâ tab in the Hearables app by tapping âSet Up Adaptive EQâ and completing the sound personalization steps. Once created, toggle âboAt Adaptive EQâ ON to activate your custom sound profile, or tap âReconfigureâ to redo the personalization steps.

Customizable Touch Controls
The Multifunction Buttonâs single-press (default: Play/Pause) and double-press (default: Reject Call) actions can be remapped in the Hearables app to Volume Up, Volume Down, Previous Track, Next Track, Voice Assistant, or BEAST⢠Mode toggle.

Pairing & Connectivity
Initial Pairing
- Separate the magnetic buds â both earphones automatically enter pairing mode with alternating red/blue LED flashes
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device and scan for available devices
- Search for âRockerz Arc Plusâ and tap to pair
- Enter passcode 0000 if prompted
- Once connected, a solid blue LED flashes for 3 seconds to confirm successful pairing
Dual Pairing (Connect 2 Devices)
Dual pairing is ON by default. To set it up manually:
- Pair Rockerz Arc Plus to your first media device via Bluetooth
- Turn off both the earphones and the Bluetooth on the first device
- Switch on the earphones and pair to your second media device
- Switch the first deviceâs Bluetooth back on â both devices should now stay connected
Dual pairing can be toggled OFF/ON from the âMultipoint Connectivity/Dual Pairingâ switch in the System tab of the Hearables app.

Installing the App
- Scan the QR code on the Hearables app download card in the packaging box, or
- Download boAt Hearables from the Google Play Store (Android)
- Download from the App Store (iOS)
Connecting via the App
- Separate the magnetic buds (alternating red/blue LED = pairing mode)
- Log in to your boAt Hearables account (set up with phone number, name, and email)
- Enable Bluetooth and location permission when prompted
- Go to âMy Devicesâ â Rockerz Arc Plus shows as âReady to Pairâ; pull down to refresh if it doesnât appear
- Tap the Rockerz Arc Plus name card and accept the pairing pop-up notification
- Optionally save the device to your Google account for faster future pairing

How to Charge
- Plug the provided USB Type-C cable into the earphones and connect the other end to a laptop, wall adapter, or power bank
- Use a 5V/2A wall adapter and a standard cable with 35 strands @ 0.10mm diameter/strand
- Full charge takes up to 60 minutes
- Red LED remains solid while charging and turns off once complete
- Itâs recommended to fully charge the neckband before first use

Bluetooth Connectivity Issues
Neckband not connecting via Bluetooth
- Ensure the earphones are in pairing mode (alternating red/blue LED flashes)
- Confirm the device is within 10m range with no obstructions
- Clear the pairing list by holding the EQ and Volume Down buttons together for 5 seconds
- Check the connecting device supports Bluetooth connections
- If prompted for a passcode, enter 0000
- Check for software issues on your phone; try forgetting the device or updating mobile software; try a factory reset if it still doesnât work
