Connect the Type-C USB cable to a 5V 2A adapter and charge for 2.5 hours until full.
Turn on the speaker and connect to ‘Stone 350 Pro’ on your phone.
Long press the TWS button on one unit to connect two Stone 350 Pro units for 20W stereo.

Use the Type-C cable with a 5V 2A wall charger. Full charge takes around 2.5 hours.
Check the charging cable and clean the Type-C port.
Restart the speaker, clear phone Bluetooth cache, and re-pair.
Insert a 3.5mm AUX cable into the AUX port and press the Mode button to select AUX mode.
