1. Download the boAt Crest App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. Register using your mobile number and verify via OTP. Allow all required system permissions (Bluetooth, Location, Notification access).
3. Turn ON Wave Style and tap ‘Start Setup’ → ‘Add Device’.
4. Select WAVESTYLE_XXXX from the list and tap ‘Yes’ on the watch screen to bind.

Swipe down on the watch home screen to inspect the Bluetooth icon:

• Half Blue / Half Grey Icon: Connected to the boAt Crest app only (BLE data & notifications active, but BT calling is disconnected).
• Solid Complete Blue Icon: Fully paired (BLE data + Phone BT Call Audio active). You can now make and receive calls on the watch.

Stress levels are computed using optical Heart Rate Variability (HRV) analysis:

• 1% – 29%: Relaxed State
• 30% – 59%: Normal / Calm State
• 60% – 79%: Medium Stress State
• 80% – 99%: High Stress State (Utilize the Guided Breathe Mode to relax)

The Green optical lights detect blood flow through photoplethysmography (PPG) to measure real-time Heart Rate. The Red optical light measures reflective light absorption to estimate SpO2 Blood Oxygen levels.

• Vibration Intensity: Go to Settings → Vibration → Select None, Soft, or Strong.
• Watch Faces: Long press the home screen to swipe through 4 default watch faces, or use the boAt Crest App → Watch Faces to install 100+ cloud faces.
• Activity Navigation: Swipe right from home to access Activity Tracker, Heart Rate, SpO2, and Sleep monitors.
