Ensure the boAt Wave App is given ‘Allow Background Execution’ permission in your phone’s battery settings and verify that ‘Xtend Talk_BT’ audio connection remains paired in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

The watch requires consistent wrist contact throughout the night. It evaluates sleep based on 30+ minutes of physical stillness. For best results, wear the strap snug one finger above the wrist bone.
