• Connect the supplied 2.4GHz wireless receiver to your PC.
• Switch the mouse to 2.4GHz mode.
• The mouse will connect automatically.

• Switch the mouse to Bluetooth mode.

• Select "Ghost X" from your device’s Bluetooth settings.

Connect the supplied USB paracord cable to the mouse and your computer. The mouse will automatically function in wired mode while charging.

Charge the mouse by connecting the supplied USB paracord cable. If purchased separately, the optional RGB Charging Dock can also be used for charging.

The Ghost X Pro supports a customizable DPI range from 200 to 30,000 DPI.

• Check that 2.4GHz mode is selected.
• Reconnect the wireless receiver.
• Restart the mouse and your computer.

• Clean the sensor.
• Use the mouse on a suitable surface.
• Ensure the PTFE feet are clean and undamaged.

Restart the mouse and verify your button assignments using the web software.

If you own the optional RGB Charging Dock, ensure it is connected to a powered USB-A or USB-C port and that the mouse is correctly placed on the dock.

• Ensure the USB cable is securely connected.
• Try a different USB port.
• If using the optional charging dock, ensure it is properly powered and the mouse is correctly aligned.

Check your settings in the web software. Note that 8000Hz polling is available only in 2.4GHz mode, while Wired mode supports up to 1000Hz.

Ensure the connected device is within Bluetooth range, remove the existing pairing if needed, and pair the mouse again.

Use the web-based software to reset the mouse to its factory default settings, including DPI levels, button assignments, and performance settings.
