The EvoFox Phantom Air is an ultra-lightweight tri-mode wireless gaming mouse designed for fast and precise gameplay. It combines high DPI tracking, responsive polling rates, onboard memory, and RGB customization for competitive and extended gaming sessions.

• Switch the mouse to 2.4GHz or Bluetooth mode using the mode selector to power it on.
• The mouse powers on automatically when connected using the wired Type-C cable.

• Wired: Connect the mouse using the Type-C cable.
• 2.4GHz Wireless: Insert the nano receiver into a USB port and switch to 2.4GHz mode.
• Bluetooth: Switch to Bluetooth mode and pair with the device name Blaze2 M1 or Blaze2 M2.

The mouse works without drivers for basic use. To customize DPI, button functions, RGB lighting, polling rate, and profiles, installing the companion software is recommended.

Turn the mouse off, wait a few seconds, and power it back on. For further reset, reconnect the mouse in wired mode and reapply settings using the software.

Chrome requires the WebHID API to be explicitly enabled. Open chrome://flags/#enable-web-hid, set WebHID API to Enabled (not Default), and relaunch Chrome. Without this, Chrome will not expose HID devices to web software.

Chrome controls HID and USB access per website. Open the mouse web software page, click the :lock: lock icon, go to Site settings, and allow USB devices, HID devices (if shown), and Pop-ups. Reload the page. If access was denied earlier, Chrome silently blocks future attempts until permissions are reset.

macOS blocks HID access unless Input Monitoring permission is enabled. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring, enable Google Chrome, and restart Chrome. Without this permission, the mouse will remain invisible to the browser.Confirm RGB lighting is enabled in the software and ensure the battery has sufficient charge.Verify RGB settings in the software and ensure the mouse has sufficient battery charge.

Some HID interactions also require Accessibility permission. Enable Google Chrome under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, then restart Chrome. Chrome must be restarted after every permission change.

WebHID is often disabled in Incognito Mode and may be blocked in managed or enterprise Chrome profiles. Use a normal window, or test with Chrome Beta or Chrome Canary to rule out profile-level restrictions.

Open chrome://settings/content/hidDevices, remove all blocked devices, reload the web app, and reselect the mouse when prompted. Ensure Chrome is updated, restarted, and the mouse is connected directly (avoid USB hubs).

Edge enables WebHID by default, requests macOS permissions more aggressively, and uses more permissive HID handling. Chrome follows stricter security policies, which can silently block HID access even when the setup appears correct.

• DPI can be adjusted through the software from 200 to 12,800 DPI.
• Default DPI steps include 600, 1600, 3200, 6400, 10,000, and 12,800.

The mouse features 6 main buttons and 2 bottom buttons. Buttons can be remapped through software for custom actions and improved control.

The mouse offers 8 RGB lighting modes. Lighting effects can be customized or turned off using the software to match your setup or save power.

The mouse is powered by a 500mAh BIS-approved rechargeable battery designed for extended wireless use.

The mouse uses smart power management with standby and deep sleep modes to reduce battery consumption during inactivity.

Charge the mouse using the included Type-C braided detachable cable. Charging operates at 5V with approximately 240mA current.

The EvoFox Phantom Air supports systems compatible with USB and Bluetooth HID devices. Advanced customization is supported via PC software.
