How does Laptop Exchange Offer work?
At the time of delivery of the new laptop, the delivery guy will check and pick-up the old laptop. If the used laptop to be exchanged does not match the description provided at the time of placing the order under exchange offer, new laptop will not be delivered. In this case, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
Important things to remember while availing laptop exchange offer:
- You must delete all the personal data on your device before handing it over to the pickup guy.
- Once the used laptop has been picked up from you, you won’t be able to get back the item in most case.
- You can not exchange different laptop from the described earlier while ordering.
- You can exchange only one laptop per order.
- Original accessories and packaging are not necessary for exchange.
- Laptop must be in working condition with screen intact without any major scratches and discoloration, dead pixel.
- Exchange may not be available for all the pin codes.
