Solution: Check volume levels on both the headset and your connected device:

1. Check the volume wheel/slider on the headphones
2. Check Windows/Mac system volume settings
3. Check application volume settings (media player, browser, etc.)
4. Check if audio is muted in playback devices
5. Verify headphones are set as default playback device
6. Restart the application if volume remains low

Solution: The headset might not be set as the default device. Follow these steps:

1. Right-click the Sound icon in the system tray
2. Select Playback Devices
3. If headphones are not listed:
   • Right-click in empty space
   • Check “Show Disabled Devices”
   • Now you should see the headset listed
4. Select “BassHeads 901 Pro” from the list
5. Right-click and select “Set as Default Device“
6. Click “Apply” then “OK”
7. Your headphones should now be detected and working

Note for Third-Party Apps: If you’re using applications like Zoom, Skype, Discord, etc., make sure you have also selected “BassHeads 901 Pro” in that application’s audio settings for both Microphone and Audio Output.

1. Try a different USB port on your computer
2. Try the headphones on a different computer if possible
3. Check USB cable for damage or fraying
4. Restart your computer and reconnect
5. Update your audio drivers (check device manufacturer website)
6. Disable other USB audio devices temporarily
